📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States generally takes about 5 to 10 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future!
Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A: We process orders very quickly to get your toys to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
🧸 PRODUCT & CARE
Q: Are NeeDoh toys safe for children? A: Yes! NeeDoh toys are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials. However, because they are squishy and can be bitten or torn, they are generally recommended for children ages 3 and up. Please supervise young children during play to ensure they don’t bite or swallow any pieces.
Q: My squishy toy got dirty and sticky. How do I clean it? A: It’s easy! Just rinse the toy under cool water with a little bit of mild soap. Pat it completely dry with a paper towel. If it feels sticky after washing, lightly dust it with a pinch of cornstarch or baby powder to make it feel smooth and brand new again. (Check out our Product Care page for more tips!)
Q: Are these toys indestructible? A: While they are durable and made for squeezing, they are not indestructible. Sharp objects (like fingernails, pencils, or pet claws) and aggressive overstretching can cause them to tear or pop.
↩️ RETURNS & WARRANTY
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please check our Refund & Returns Policy page for full details on how to start a return.
Q: What should I do if my toy arrives damaged or defective? A: Oh no! If your item arrives defective or damaged straight out of the box, please email us within 30 days at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue. We will happily arrange a free replacement for manufacturer defects.
